Produced during the canonical 100 days spent with the Aosta Valley breed cows at high altitude, Fontina dop from pasture is a semi-cooked full-fat cheese, produced with whole milk from a single milking.

The paste, melting in the mouth, has extraordinary aromas and flavors reminiscent of high altitude pastures, toasted dried fruit… all of which acquires further intensity as it matures.

Raw mountain milk , salt, rennet
