To ensure the maximum freshness of the products you have purchased, we have chosen to entrust all orders to our logistics partner from Monday to Thursday, in order to avoid the parcel stationing in the warehouses during the weekend.
When will I receive my order?
On the Italian territory, your purchase will generally be delivered within 24/48 hours from delivery to the courier. In disadvantaged locations, shipments may be delayed.
In Europe and United States, your purchase will generally be delivered within 5 days of delivery to the courier.

Don’t worry about the freshness of the product: thanks to the transport in special thermal packs at a controlled temperature and thanks to our vacuum packs, the products will keep their quality and organoleptic characteristics unaltered for a long time.
I have not received any email with the details of the shipment: what should I do?

Can I choose the delivery time?
Currently it is not possible to choose the delivery time. . In any case, you will receive an email at the time of shipment of the products with the tracking references and the expected delivery date, to follow the shipment online.
What happens if I am not at home during the delivery?
The service includes 2 delivery attempts at the address indicated at the time of the order. On the occasion of an attempt, the courier may contact you by telephone at the telephone number indicated when completing the online format to arrange a new delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs on the Italian territory are free for orders over € 100. For orders of less than € 100, the shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system at the time of checkout, based on the destination and the quantity of goods ordered.
The shipping costs for the countries of Europe and the United States are automatically calculated by the system at the time of checkout, based on the destination and the quantity of goods ordered.

We ship throughout the Italian territory and in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
For the United States it is NOT possible to ship alcohol and meats.
We do not ship to the UK and Russia.

Where is my order prepared?
The order is prepared in our shop in Via Marcantonio Bragadin 51/53, 00136 – Rome.
How is the product packaged?
All our products are shipped vacuum packed and have a shelf life of 3 months in the refrigerator. On each package we affix the label relating to the product contained, including the ingredients and also the duration of the vacuum. The vacuum does not exclude storage in the refrigerator, therefore our products (meats and cheeses in particular) must be stored in the refrigerator.
Is it possible to receive an invoice for an order?
To obtain the invoice it is necessary to indicate: company name, VAT number and tax code if different, unique code, at the time of registration and indicate in the order notes the intention to receive the invoice. The courtesy copy of the invoice will be sent in the package with the goods.
I forgot my password to log in. How can I fix it?
