Blue cheese made from sheep’s milk raised in the Val di Chiana. After a long maturation it is refined with Mexican Mezcal and eucalyptus honey.
It is then covered with Kentucky tobacco leaves soaked in 8 year Hampden Rum and raw cocoa beans.
