“Tabacacio” Pecorino cheese aged with Agricultural Rum and Kentucky Tobacco

Produced in Amatrice, local sheep’s milk. The wheels are aged in 30-liter wooden barrels with spiced Agricultural Rum, and then wrapped in smoked Kentucky tobacco leaves. In the mouth, caramelized hints, tasty, enveloping and not excessive at all… It is something extraordinary!

Pasterurized sheep milk, rennet, lactic ferments, salt, rum (2% at the origin). Surface treated with sunflower oil, white wine vinegar and tobacco leaves.
