Orange yellow, very bright. On the nose it expresses a unique and inimitable olfactory profile: notes of aromatic herbs, beeswax, apricot and peach jam, oregano and rosemary, sage and sea water open up to a full, deep, textural taste. Very long, characterized by a barely noticeable tannic texture and great elegance, it closes with a finish of interminable purity.

Throughout the meal, it is enhanced with all those preparations that recall the earth and its ingredients. Perfect with first courses based on truffles and mushrooms.

A legendary wine, the result of a ten-year journey and which embodies all of Josko Gravner’s love for his land. Vinified in underground amphorae for approximately 7 months, without the addition of selected yeasts and without any temperature control, it is a wine that is left to mature for years in large oak barrels. The resulting white is unattainable in terms of energy, complexity and charm. The Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla IGT Anfora by Gravner is the result of a very long maceration on the skins, from which the orange colour, is a wine that closes a circle, which represents all the potential of Collio, Ribolla Gialla and more generally of the so-called orange wines . Already perfect today, it is destined for a very long life in the bottle.
