Toma di Capra can be eaten alone or in combination with honey, onion sauces, blueberries, berries that blend with the classic goat flavor.


Goat's MILK, salt, rennet and lactic ferments. INEDIBLE CRUST. The appearance of mold on the surface is a sign of the natural aging process.
