Flavored garlic cloves in extra virgin olive oil – Rocca


For those unfamiliar with it, flavored garlic is excellent as an aperitif, spiced with a toothpick, instead of fries and peanuts.

Bleaching in boiling water deprives it of its characteristic odor, makes it digestible and the aromas enhance its goodness.

They can also be used alongside meats, roasts or you can use oil for seasonings.

Garlic 63% (non-EU origin), 30% extra virgin olive oil (EU origin), vinegar, sugar, salt, aromatic plants, spices, antioxidant: l-ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.
