It is a cow’s cheese poached and “INFILTRATED” with “FALERNUM” liqueur and covered with melon and strawberries (the liqueur is obtained from Falerno wine and brandy aged in oak barrels for three years and then placed in the Mediterranean sea depths for about three months).

Cow's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Refined with Falerno liqueur and Brandy aged in oak barrels for 3 years. Inedible crust. Contains SULFITES.
