The Frascati Superiore Vigneto Santa Teresaobtained from a blend of dotted Malvasia from Lazio and Candia, Trebbiano and Greco, coming from the vineyard located in Santa Teresa and considered a real cru, is a wine with an engaging aromatic spectrum, fragrant and fruity and with a particularly balanced structure. A white with a unique and surprising character.
Light golden color, it gives the nose a whirlwind of aromas: melon and medlar, bitter almond and biscuit, aromatic herbs and split stone. On the palate it reveals great sapidity, well balanced between softness and freshness and a long fruity and vaguely almondy finish.
Perfect with lemon tagliolini and seafood tonnarelli but it will go perfectly with traditional Roman first courses. Also excellent combined with rustic vegetable pies and baked rabbit.
