The History

In April 1970, after more than 18 years of experience in the business, Antonio Paciotti  and his brother Mario took over a delicatessen (at the time a small shop) in Via Marcantonio Bragadin 51/53, and after a complete makeover, already avant-garde at the time, Salsamenteria Paciotti opened to the public.

Its trade-mark was evident and clear from the start: the quality and quantity of the goods, typical products, competitive prices, cleanliness, friendly and cordial service!

“A good and well-established delicatessen – says  Antonio Paciotti – can be judged by the quantity and quality of raw ham and Parmigiano Reggiano in the shop.”

From 1970 to today, the business has evolved and most definitely changed, but the Paciotti family’s commercial activities have never betrayed their philosophy.

From the outstanding general food store of the past, where you could find everything, to today’s traditional delicatessen, where Antonio, Roberto, Stefano and Luca Paciotti, together with their valuable employees, offer an extremely wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, hams, wines and spirits, as well as an excellent catering and banqueting service that is able to meet even the most discerning needs.

Always in step with the times and fully respecting the tradition of the best small shops of times gone by, the Salumeria Paciotti is now ready for its next challenge: making its debut in national and international e-commerce, setting aside new offers and surprises for all its customers.
